Minecraft not downloading 1.12

 · Why does my forge ( and ) not open the installer when I click it?? Please help. my laptop is a dell make. My friends laptop is a Lenovo make, why does Lenovo makes work but dell makes don't? please help! I'm on windows and I have java edition then why isn't it working!? I did a google search for the windows version for and came across a web site called MCVersions-net but that version is not installing. Any one know where i can find that to set up this server for my little monster.

I even manually downloaded it and made the folder and installed the java file. I tried a few youtubes and still nothing. Here is what i also ran in CMD: C:\Users\Me\Downloadsjava topfind247.coIPv4Stack=true -jar topfind247.co Clear out any folders that Forge has made for you to use (yes, that means your mods folder as well). Re-download Forge. Re-download any mods you were using before you reset everything.
